The thing I love most about KFit is:

The fact that its not just fitness through workouts, its fitness through social activities that create a motivating and fun community feel.

The KFit classes and activities I’m most exctied about are:

Attending Yoga studios, and the upcoming yoga pop-up in the park. Being part of the fitness community it builds.

My daily rituals are:

I struggled with this question because the fact is I don’t really have any rituals. I could have made something up, but that wouldn’t be authentic. I try to live in the present moment as much as possible, and just take each day as it comes, which means my schedule constantly changes. I try to be fluid in by daily life, not rigid.

I walk my dog everyday, and I like to spend 10-15 mins to just sit in the sun and feel the warmth on my skin. (maybe that’s my ritual LOL)

I am inspired by:

people who make a career from doing what they love, aren’t fearful of trying new ideas, and people who stand out, rather than try to fit in.

To keep fit and moving forward I:

I do a variety of exercise styles, cardio, moderate weights, group fitness, meditation. I NEED constant variety and new challenges.

The best piece of advice I’ve received is:

I constantly take insightful bits of information from the teachings in meditation, as they help me i day-to-day life, but the advice I have always found myself constantly remembering is “NEVER try to fake it!”

The person I’d most like to KFit with is:

This questions was tough. Let just keep it simple… A bunch of mates would be perfect, that’s what its all about, fun and exercise with those you enjoy hanging with!
