It’s a fusion of all my worlds and beliefs in positive safe effective training that is challenging and joyful at the same time.
BodyART is a fusion of therapy, strength & awareness, functional exercise, pilates, yoga inspired, dynamic and static, breathing, cardio, stretching and relaxation. Your mind & body is rebalanced and synchronized barefoot on a mat. This is the simplicity of bodyART and yet the training and format of the class is detailed and carefully structured to take you through the 5 elements of Chinese medicine and the yin & yang balance in life principal.
Who will benefit from doing BodyART?
Anyone of any age – the workout is designed to stabilise, strengthen & stretch the body in a way that takes stress away from the joints and strengthens and streamlines the muscles and body. Participants are there to do their ‘own workout’, there is no competition and moving within your own body is paramount.
Will I get a real workout?
