This is a fun activity to do, especially with friends. The energy is really high and the music is great. The best part is that you don’t need a dance background to do Zumba, it’s totally beginner friendly!

Jazzercise is a playful way to get into doing weights for the first time. Beginners can start off with small and light weights while doing easy-to-follow aerobic exercises to really upbeat music!

Yoga is in no way easy, but it is a great way to kickstart your fitness journey as it’s a low-impact form of exercise. Yoga, like all other fitness activities, takes loads of practice and its progress is gradual. But the discipline and strength you gain from yoga is a good way to lead into other fitness regimes.
